Warehouse Manager

Generating new business and maximizing sales from new and current accounts, while establishing Inovytec as a key provider of innovative respiratory and cardiac solutions for medical providers. Help driving the growth and shape the future of an emerging lifesaving medical technology. Driving revenue, encouraging product adoption and market penetration in selected territories worldwide and scaling up existing accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsibility on an end-to-end sales process in a B2B environment.
  • Drive revenue and market share in defined territories.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline – meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute against territories plan.
  • Work with business partners to reach targets & drive product adoption
  • Work with Chain-of -supply, Regulatory, Service, finance and R&D departments.
  • Data management and analysis, forecasts, pricing and profitability.

Qualifications &Skills

  • Sales and technical background, preferably medical device related.
  • Experience in creating new business and managing an entire sales process.
  • Extensive sales operation experience in B2B environment.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast paced and multi-faceted environment.
  • Analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work in a growing company, in agile fast development environment.
  • Systemic vision and a comprehensive understanding of organizational departments/functions.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Additional languages -advantage.
