Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsibility on an end-to-end sales process in a B2B environment.
- Drive revenue and market share in defined territories.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline – meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute against territories plan.
- Work with business partners to reach targets & drive product adoption
- Work with Chain-of -supply, Regulatory, Service, finance and R&D departments.
- Data management and analysis, forecasts, pricing and profitability.
Qualifications &Skills
- Sales and technical background, preferably medical device related.
- Experience in creating new business and managing an entire sales process.
- Extensive sales operation experience in B2B environment.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast paced and multi-faceted environment.
- Analytical skills
- Flexibility to work in a growing company, in agile fast development environment.
- Systemic vision and a comprehensive understanding of organizational departments/functions.
- Ability to travel.
- Additional languages -advantage.
